GARLIC: AN AID TO WEIGHT LOSS

I've often heard of garlic as remedy for people who have been battlling for high blood pressure, that by just eating a portion of it,quickly lowers down ones blood pressure. Unknown to many, surprisingly though, it can actually help lose weight! Well, garlic when its being fried taste good but if its eaten raw,  i dont think i can handle the taste of it. But for the sake of slimming down..?might as well try it, there's no harm in trying anyway. Research says, garlic pushes your adrenaline therefore it boost our metabolism that could easily burned out the extra calories we have eaten in a day. This is not only good for losing weight but could also make our hair healthy.
